Loyalty & Rewards Guide
Earn points every time you shop, refer friends, or support the brand — and turn those points into rewards.
Welcome to the BLP Research Loyalty Program. This guide covers how to sign up, the ways to earn points, how referrals work, and how to redeem your rewards.
Step 1: Signing up
- Visit the storeGo to www.blpresearch.com.
- Open RewardsClick the “Rewards” button in the lower right-hand corner.
- Click SignupClick the green “Signup” button.
- Use Gmail if possible. MSN, Yahoo, and Outlook are very restrictive and the OTP code often will not get through.
- Create your account
- Log in with the same email you use for shopping so all activity tracks correctly.
- Already have an account? Click “Sign in” (the blue link below the Signup button).
Step 2: How to earn points
After signing up, explore the “Ways to Earn” section. Here's exactly how points are earned:

Tier levels: Member, Researcher, Lab Director
The loyalty program has three tiers. Your tier is based on the total points you've earned since joining — not your current balance — so redeeming rewards never sets you back. Higher tiers earn free BLP gear and a permanently better earning rate on every order.

To check your tier, click the green Rewards button on the store — your tier badge is at the top, with a progress bar to the next level. If you've been shopping or referring for a while, you may already be a Researcher (or higher).
Step 3: Referring friends
Every customer has a personal referral code (like SARAH-2483) — we emailed yours from info@blpresearch.com with the subject “Your personal code.” Share it with anyone. When a friend enters it at checkout on their first qualifying order ($50 minimum):
- They get $25 off that order, instantly.
- You get 2,500 points (~$25 value) — posted automatically once their order’s payment clears, along with a thank-you email from us. No links to track, no names in note boxes, nothing to verify.
- Want a little extra? If your friend also arrives through your referral link (below), the Friend Purchase Bonus adds 3 points per $1 on that first order when tracking connects.
Example
Your friend's first order is $150 after your code. You earn:
• 2,500 fixed points (personal-code bonus — automatic)
• 450 bonus points (3 × 150) if they also used your link
Total: up to 2,950 points
Both referral rewards apply to your friend's first qualifying order only — after that, they earn points on their own orders at their tier's rate. And every new customer gets a personal code of their own after their first order, so your referrals become referrers too.
How to refer a friend
- Grab your codeIt's in the “Your personal code” email from info@blpresearch.com. Can't find it? Email us — we'll look it up in seconds.
- Share it any way you likeText it, say it out loud, post it — the code works no matter how it travels.
- Tell your friend what to do“Create an account at blpresearch.com and enter my code in the coupon box at checkout — you'll get $25 off your first order.”
- Optional, for the max: also send your referral link — log into the Rewards widget, go to Ways to Earn, click the green “Refer” button next to Friend Purchase Bonus, and copy your link. That adds the 3-points-per-$1 bonus when tracking connects.
Good to know
- Your code always works. Unlike link tracking, it can't be broken by incognito mode, ad blockers, or blocked cookies — typed at checkout, it attributes every time.
- Your friend needs an account — the code won't apply on guest checkout. Codes work on a friend's first order only, once per person, $50 minimum order.
- Points post when the order is paid, not when it's placed — you'll get a thank-you email the moment they land.
- Have one of our GOGO25 referral cards? They still work exactly as printed: your friend uses code GOGO25 and puts your name in the order notes, and we credit you after a manual review.

How to redeem
- Log in and open RewardsLog into your loyalty account and open the Rewards section, then “Ways to redeem.”
- Click RedeemFind the coupon you have enough points for and click the green “Redeem” button. (Coupons you can't afford yet appear greyed out.)
- ConfirmA “Want to redeem?” box appears — click “Yes, Redeem” to confirm.
- Check your email for the codeYou'll see a “Redeemed” confirmation, and your unique coupon code is sent to your email.
- Apply it at checkoutEnter the code in the coupon box at checkout on your next order.
Important — where your coupon code goes: Your unique code is not shown on screen. It is emailed to you. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder. Then enter the code in the coupon box at checkout to apply it to your order.
Frequently asked questions
How do I move up a tier?
Tiers unlock automatically based on lifetime earned points: Researcher at 10,000 and Lab Director at 25,000. Every way of earning counts — purchases, referrals, and bonuses. Your tier badge and a progress bar to the next level appear at the top of the Rewards widget.
Does redeeming points drop my tier?
No. Tiers are based on the total points you've earned since joining, not your current balance — spending points on coupons never sets your tier back.
How do I claim my tier gift?
We'll reach out when you're promoted — or email info@blpresearch.com with your gift choice, size, and shipping address. Gifts are free: no points deducted, no purchase required.
What is the difference between the two referral rewards?
The Personal Code Referral Bonus (2,500 points) is a fixed reward, awarded automatically when your friend's first qualifying order with your code is paid. The Friend Purchase Bonus (3 points per $1) is an extra that scales with that same first order and requires your referral link to have tracked. Both apply to the first qualifying purchase only.
When do I receive the 2,500-point bonus?
Automatically, shortly after your friend's first order is paid — you'll get a thank-you email from us when the points post. No verification wait, nothing to claim.
I lost my personal code — how do I get it back?
Search your inbox for “Your personal code” from info@blpresearch.com — or just email us and we'll look it up in seconds.
Does the 3 points per $1 apply to future orders?
No — the Friend Purchase Bonus applies to your friend's first qualifying order only, and requires the purchase to be attributed to your referral link. Blocked cookies, incognito mode, or other issues may prevent attribution, and we are unable to manually adjust for this reward — your personal code's 2,500-point bonus is unaffected either way.
What if my friend forgets my code at checkout?
They miss the $25 discount, and without the code the referral isn't attributed automatically. If we can confirm the referral from order details you provide, we can still credit the 2,500-point bonus manually — but the code at checkout is the reliable path.
Can points expire?
Points are currently not set to expire.
Do the printed GOGO25 referral cards still work?
Yes — exactly as printed. Your friend uses code GOGO25 for $25 off and puts your name in the order notes, and we credit your 2,500 points after a manual review. Your personal code is simply the faster, automatic version.
What about my older GOGO25 referral credits?
Those will be honored, either by applying them manually or by awarding the corresponding point value in the loyalty program.
